Saints Investments is a small business with a simple mission, help people build & protect wealth through prudent hard-asset investments. Our motto, 'Trust Matters', is a daily reminder. In the aftermath of the Great Financial Meltdown of 2008, never has it been more apparent that trust and honesty are attributes in absentia from the Board Rooms of our Corporate Overlords. What's an honest person to do when after saving and sacrificing over a 40 year working career, only to arrive at the moment of retirement to find the system tear apart one's savings, and worse, rewarding the irresponsible. The founders of Saints Investments are dedicated to helping people achieve and then probably more challenging, maintain, financial independence. Same as you, we're engaged in the struggle. We scrimped and saved, took investment risks, and slowly over a period of thirty years build a nice little nest egg that allowed us to retire in modest comfort. We've invested in all asset classes, both in paper and hard asset forms. Our preference has always tended towards hard-assets, where we had hands-on opportunity to directly manage the investment. However, we've made good money in all asset classes. As the Real Estate market began to froth, in late 2005 we decided to liquidate our Real Estate Investment Company. Property prices were increasing double digits, tenants that for years had difficulty making monthly rent payments, began giving notice they were moving out to buy a home. It was clear to us the market was irrational, our last property sold October 2006. Having dabbled in rare coins for several decades, the founders decided it was time to get serious and make a big investment. From that decision, Saints Investments, Inc. was formed. We have one measure we apply to every coin we select for our customers, would we buy the piece for our personal collection. It's an easy test after-all, since every piece we buy we do so with our own hard-earned money. Some dealers use debt to finance their inventories, that's not for us.
